Tofu is a good idea, and yes, it's the phytoestrogens in soya that do the trick. On permanent use, it's said to be anti-aging as well.
Anyway, for me, the classical fave chocolate works as PMS thing, on the onset of being post-pms, an essential oil with the botanical name of "salvia sclarea" is right for me. Otherwise, a bergamot/geranium mix might work too, since it's anti-depressive.
Of course, you could always try the classical St.John's Wort. :-)
Thanks for those suggestions, I've just been eating tofu in the hope it'll help with the vile/snivelly mood I've been in for the majority of the past 2 days. *sigh*
