The Hathor Legacy is a blog about how women characters are represented on tv and in the movies. It started out life as a result of a discussion thread on OS - the blog's author is looking for comments on what she's got so far and also for authors who'll write about shows they know and the women characters in them.

BetaCandy is articulate, and I like the way she thinks - though I have to agree with Blarney (a respondent on the blog) that her description of Emma Peel goes more with Tara King on the Avengers.
