I must have a single solitary strand of optimism in me somewhere. Hard to believe, I know, but it must be so!

Otherwise why would it be that when I think an online associate of mine is an utter asshat of the first order, to the point that I voted for this person not to be allowed back on an invite-only list after she'd flamed me and flounced off, and she then not only proves herself to be the asshat I always thought she was but does it in a spectacular fashion, I'm actually a little surprised by the fact?

So, real life hasn't completely beaten my belief in the impossible out of me yet? Coolness. ;)
