In episode 2, Brad Chase describes himself as 'a relatively junior partner', but that can't be right because he doesn't make partner until mid-season 2. I don't know a great deal about the hierarchy of US law firms but I'd always understood that people who weren't officially made partners of the firm were known as associates (with relative levels of seniority)? Anyone know more than I do who could confirm/refute this or have I just spotted a continuity blunder?
