Oh, it went all plotty. Well, it's not the plot's fault exactly, it's Ed's. You see, they had pre-plot nookie lined up but Ed went and pissed Bud off then had to explain himself and ended up dangling a case in front of Bud in appeasement. Now, of course, even though Ed is so horny he's gagging for it, Bud is more interested in the casefile. Dumb Ed, no nookie.
