Pffft. Ungrateful wretches turned their little noses up at the chicken livers I specially cooked for them. Typical!

I expect they saw you taking them out of the chicken and thought 'well if she isn't going to eat them..!'

Nope, they came out of the plastic container (since they were a supermarket delivery mistake) and got fried for the little sods, who ignored them in favour of their usual dried food. Grrrr.

Couldn't they eat them raw or is there a salmonella risk? I'm guessing that chicken is not an unknown diet for wild ferrets! And what a strange delivery mistake... canned chicken giblets! Who'd know they had such a thing...
