My geeky dark side, not so hidden!

graculusI share an office with one other person and a while back I was lamenting about my tendency towards geeky gadget love.
The conversation goes something like this...
Me: I need to buy a tumble drier.
Her: That would be good.
Me: However I really want an mp3 player more than I want a tumble drier.
Her: I can see how that would work.
Today, I confess that over the weekend I spent money and her immediate response was "And it wasn't on a tumble drier, was it?".
