I hate the supermarket!

graculusSo much so that I've taken the plunge and am trying out this online absolute-lazy-arse we-deliver-it-to-you malarkey for the first time. Fortunately I've been sent a number of £5 off vouchers for the supermarket in question so that covers the delivery charge nicely. ;)
Anyway, we'll see what it's like, because I just loathe the grind of 'the big shop'. I don't mind popping in to the local supermarket (not the one I usually buy most stuff from) for some mushrooms or something but pushing the trolley load I end up getting when I start to run out of the basics always gets me down.
E.T.A.: And we're not off to a very impressive start. I booked the 10am delivery slot this morning, only to get a phone call a little while ago (10.25am) to say they're running about 2 hours late. I'm already looking forward to spending my £10-off-your-next-order-if-we're-late voucher! ;)
Further E.T.A.: Delivery at 1.45pm, so late even for the later slot! ;) Still, just about everything seems to be there and I now have coffee again. Which is good.
