I finally got a digital camera (hey, I needed an all-in-one so when there was a good deal going with a camera involved as well, who am I to turn it down?) so cue hideously cute pics of the children...

Date: 2004-09-15 03:44 pm (UTC)They make excellent pets, imo, though the majority of people still have no idea about them. It's easier now to find food for them (assuming you don't want to give them whole rabbits to gnaw on) than it was when I had my Seamus nearly 10 years ago and vets seem to be a little more clued into the idea of people keeping them as pets as well.
All mine are all from rescue centres, though. In some ways it can be much easier to get an adult that's already nip-trained than getting a kit and putting up with all that.

Perhaps after Christmas...

Date: 2004-09-16 08:32 am (UTC)They dig - but plastic carpet runners can help with that.
They hide things. It'll probably be in one piece when you find it, but that's only if you find it.
But in general, they don't chew things to death. :)
Waldo.
BTW, what's that website?
