Since we're talking Man from UNCLE, there are all sorts of contenders for this title and it's probably between the season 1 episode 'The Secret Sceptre Affair' and the season 3 episode 'The Suburbia Affair'.
In 'The Secret Sceptre Affair', Napoleon goes off to help his former commanding officer from Korea and Illya insists on tagging along. At one point Illya is captured by the bad guys and Napoleon is clearly happy to do whatever it takes to rescue his friend, who he describes as 'something that belongs to me' to the delight of slashers everywhere.
'The Suburbia Affair' has our heroes literally setting up home together in suburbia and is entertainingly domestic, though Illya has some substantial issues with the bread delivery guy. ;)
