Because I have fic to finish I'm currently having a clear-out of the spare room and I just found a folder full of information about job applications I made. In 1998. *facepalm*

Apparently the packrat situation is worse than I thought.

In other news, because I have accomplished something, if not yet the completion of my smallfandombang story, I posted my picfor1000 - The Talented Mr Solo last week.

Snap! I'm having a clear out of the spare room preparatory to collecting the junk I'm inheriting from the Aged P. It's made me very hot and tired, and together with the grumpiness of my computer not working properly I'm in what you might cal a Mood.

The only upside has been seeing how close I came to working for local authorities which I would now not touch with a six foot pole... ;)

I'm being audited by the taxman so guess what I'm doing and have been doing for the last week... I have to gather 7 years of receipts ARGHHH!

Being an employee does have its advantages, I will no longer need to keep 7 years of paperwork, I can't wait to get rid of papers!

But at least you have A Reason for needing to keep that stuff. This was photocopied adverts, job specs and invite letters for interviews which I either attended and didn't get the job or turned down because I already had one. No Reason At All. :P
