I don't know why but when I saw the first pic my first thought was "Back off man, I'm a scientist." So in my head he's Venkman. Which would make the other two Egon and Ray.
They look like little people to me. How about Gair and Ceri for the two white ones, and Gest for the third. (Of course, I may have been rereading DWJ too much this month.)
