Good news for fans of obscure Canadian television in the UK - channels over here have picked up both Shattered (Callum Keith Rennie) and Republic of Doyle (set in Newfoundland), starting on 18th and 27th October respectively. Please say a big 'thank you' to Hallmark and Alibi for getting the rights to these.

And in other tv-related news, we also appear to be getting a re-run of Colditz with vintage David McCallum moustache action! \o/
