Well, okay I bought some new tea towels and two half-price Pyrex dishes. Go me! :P

I stepped out of the office at lunch time, and I stepped back in again an hour later wondering how I managed to do that without having killed someone. Sometimes I hate working in a city centre when the sales are on - I couldn't even get a coffee because the queue's were obscene!

I bought a half price set top box for the kitchen from Sainsburys and that's it. OH went shopping for the first time in years, got a text an hour later saying shops were full of people and the sales were crap and he's only ever shopping online again, LOL!

I only made it as far as Sainsburys as well, so I feel even less involved in the sales frenzy... ;)

I went shopping for sales yesterday and landed 2 flash drives (dirt cheap), a new 20 inch flat screen (dirt cheap and oh so shiny!) and school supplies (dirt cheap) :-)

I also received some fabulous pressies! Thank you!

I went on Saturday as it is notorious that post-Christmas sales are huge.

I got socks. Four pairs of red argyle socks. Oh, and a hair clip.

I was always horrible about shopping. It was the one 'girly' thing all my other friends adore but I abhor. And while I came out with a purpose to shop that day, the bargains just weren't there.

I'm not into 'shopping' either, as I tend towards the must-buy-one-particular-thing motivation for going out in the first place, except for bookshops. I can happily wander round bookshops for hours.
