Well, that's the interview done (including the off-the-cuff presentation that they wanted to me do from a subject sight unseen) - there's a couple of things I probably should have mentioned but didn't, so I'm kicking myself a little but generally I thought it went quite well.

They say they're hoping to let everyone know by the end of the day, either way, or Monday at the latest so I can't see how they could be interviewing more than 6 people for two posts, given that they ask you to spend 45 minutes on your presentation and then interview you while the next person is knocking together their presentation.

I had to bite my lip when one of the folks interviewing showed me to the room with the flipchart paper etc. and asked "do you need anything else?" and restrain myself from answering "apart from Powerpoint?". ;)

I'm sure you did very well and they would be fools not to want you.

Flip charts? People are still using flip charts? *boggles* I'm not sure I'd know what to do without my Powerpoint!

Heh. I just rolled straight into training presenter mode, including asking for questions afterwards, which may or may not have been a good idea... ;)
