The jury's still out on whether there's going to be another year, since apparently Barrowman is champing at the bit a little, but we'll see.

Barrowman is getting paid too much for the stupid contest shows, methinks!

I like Torchwood *pouts* I suppose we could do with less Captain Jack, though, but still have a series! *keeps fingers crossed*

Being a bit of a show-off performer, it's possible that he finds some of the Torchwood doesn't give him the immediate response he's been used to. However, I bet the money for the stupid contest shows doesn't hurt either!

I don't know that there won't be a season 3, because I've heard various rumours either way, it's just not been confirmed as yet. Which is vexing for those of us with minimal patience about these things. ;)

(I do like The Barrowman, mind you...I also do think he's more of a live performer than a set/studio one)
