Guess what, folks, I've now got toothache and I suspect that I have an abcess, to the point where the painkillers I took a little while ago do nothing for it at all. No sleep for me tonight, by the look of it, and a trip to the pharmacist for stronger meds and the emergency dentist in the morning.
