I like to keep an eye out on friendsfriends for interesting stuff, but can't help being amused by some of the things that crop up on the various storyfinder communities - the HP ones are often a source of (usually semi-incoherent) amusement.

However, nothing had prepared me for the request for the Supernatural fic where Sam and Dean both fall down a well and die. *sniggers*

Oh, and I can't begin to say how good some of the fic from this year's HP challenge fic has been (especially merry_smutmas): recs from that and other challenge communities are on my recs journal recs_by_grac and will be on my website recs pages once the big reveals have happened...

That would be nice, wouldn't it? So X and Y are destined never to be parted again, and the world is a poorer place without them. WellFic. Oh the possibilities.

And everyone else is so sad that they were mean to them and if only they hadn't fallen down the well they would show them how much they really appreciate their specialness as they always deserved. Or something.

Ah yes, who can forget how speshally speshal they really were? And how their love was never surpassed / understood / celebrated / legal. But it's okay because their spirits will always guide everyone, will whisper words of advice on the wind, will remind their friends that they've left the milk out.
