graculusOh, the deep joy of waiting for the plumber to turn up. Who was supposed to be here at 8.30am and hasn't arrived yet. *headdesk*
Sadly, I have a leaky toilet - though at least it's leaking from the pipe where the water goes in, not anywhere else less sanitary - and my central heating is making a funny noise that makes me think it's going to explode and as a result I don't want to use it so currently have no heating or hot water, so I didn't have much choice other than to take time off work to hang around waiting for the plumber.
Shortly I am going to phone them up and point out that nobody has arrived yet. And then I'm going to have another cup of coffee and an apricot danish and pout. ;)
E.T.A. - I should have known it was too good to be true. "Oh, we don't give specific times," according to the guy this morning. So clearly "you're first on the list at 8.30am" when I booked the guy to come round was so much BS. Pffft.
