Yeuch. I hate being unwell, and so it was delightful for me to be coughing so hard last night that I threw up, not once but three times. I think I've picked up a throat infection from somewhere, which would also explain why my voice will go croaky at the most inopportune moment...

I'm faced with the possibility of having to actually go to the doctors if this doesn't clear up, for the first time in I have no idea how long. Three years? Four? Pffft.

I wouldn't do that. Until recently, I hadn't been to the doctor in over five years--not even for a physical or anything. But what you have sounds serious enough to warrant an emergency visit, that's all. *g* I was just surprised that they didn't try to fit you right in or have you go to a clinic that takes patients 24/7 or something like that.
