1. What's your favorite cheese?
I like Gruyere. I used to like Double Gloucester but I've gone off it recently.
2. How long do you hold onto odd socks before giving up on finding their mate?
Longer than I ought to.
3. Who was your favorite musical artist when you were 15?
That was probably either The Police or The Jam.
4. What shape are your fingernails in right now?
Short. It makes typing easier, imo.

Whatever's going.
6. What's your earliest memory?
Being at school, there was a big old-fashioned rocking horse which I loved to bits.
7. When does your pet look funniest?
That would be any time they're asleep. They have this utterly boneless thing going on. They're ferrets, btw, in case anyone here doesn't know - Lily and Dougal.
8. What do you collect?
Man from UNCLE stuff (books, magazines etc), Hong Kong action movies, zines, dvds in general, books, more books, Rex Stout novels.
9. What's better than sex?
Let me get back to you on that... ;)
10. What things are you brand-loyal to?
Hellman's mayonnaise. Pepsi. Walkers crisps. Cadburys Fruit & Nut chocolate. Ben & Jerry's ice cream.
11. Favorite Dr. Seuss book?
Green Eggs and Ham.
12. Best meal you've had lately?
*thinks* Nothing comes to mind since that chinese meal in Ottawa - isn't my life gastronomically dull?
13. Peanut Butter and ________?
Crackers.
14. Who's your favorite poet?
I'm fond of Stevie Smith. I also really like Siegfried Sassoon and the other war poets.
15. Where are you going on vacation this year?
Atlanta! DragonCon! :)
16. If you could change careers tomorrow with no strings attached, what would you be?
I'd like to be a writer but deadlines...? Eep!
17. Whaddya drive?
A dark blue diesel Renault Megane.
18. What's your poison?
Good vodka, ice cold. Or good beer, preferably *not* ice cold.
19. The color of the carpet on your floor?
Blue.
20. What's on your walls?
Going around the living room walls, we have a plate with a lion & tiger chasing one another; a children's alphabet poster in Russian (with animals and birds for each letter); a big batik Celtic hanging of geese I got in Skye a couple of years ago; a woodcut of an angel playing a violin.
