Ferret update

graculusJust been to pick up the kids from their holiday and they're all fine. Phew.
I was much entertained by the woman who runs the ferret boarding place telling me how she's been prodding Lily every morning to make sure she's still alive, because she tends to sleep really soundly and is always still asleep when the boys are already up and about. I resisted the urge to say 'Dude, how do you think I've been feeling the past few months?' because I know exactly how it feels when you first see her in the morning.
Also, Lily now actually has her summer coat rather than a mixture of the two, and has lost a bit of her winter potbelly, so she looks much better. The boys are all fine and perky-looking too and are currently investigating the house again just in case I've changed everything since last time... ;)
