Back from the vets with no clear diagnosis, though it was the same guy as two weeks ago and he was shocked by how much weight she'd lost since he saw her last.
Anyway, theory #1 is that the antibiotics Lily was on for the skin problem caught her at a bad moment and knocked out the balance of bacteria in her gut, allowing some kind of infection or parasite to take hold. So we have now a different lot of medication she doesn't like (having finished the last lot of medication she didn't like this morning) and strict instructions to bring her back Saturday morning if she's not better by then (or indeed before, if necessary).
