Mar. 8th, 2006 07:36 pmI'm sure that Amazon hope their dvd rental scheme (of which I cannot speak highly enough, and if you're in the UK and interested then please let me pimp you into it, for which I'll also get paid...) will entice people to buy more dvds, but alas in the 14 months so far of my membership, I've only bought two dvds which I rented through them.
Those are, in case anyone was wondering, Underworld (yay for Kate Beckinsale in tight pants with a big gun!) and Mystery, Alaska which is just a great movie. So great, in fact, that I watched it again last night when my brain was fried and I was in search of a comfort movie, of which I have not very many in my collection. This is not good.
So, what's your comfort movie? Suggestions please, but be prepared for mockage. ;)
Not that I need more dvds. No sirree. Because at this rate I shall have to pack a load of them away, as I've done with my video taped collections of more shows than I care to think about (some of which I may shortly have to go looking for in aid of fic information...), and that would be a sad sign.
