It's dreary and dismal out there. Anyone would think it's October or something? So glad the weather wasn't like this last weekend, when I was at [livejournal.com profile] connotations because that would have been unspeakably miserable, even if I was in the hotel for the vast majority of the time.

In other news, I succumbed to supermarket delivery once more, because I am idle and spineless and couldn't face the fact I needed a metric shit-ton of stuff (copyright [livejournal.com profile] kitt, 2004) and it actually arrived on time! I mean, Saturday lunchtime on time! Makes my indolence all the more socially acceptable, to my mind.

Meanwhile, am distracting myself from writing D/T by updating my recs pages again. Yay! More Harry Potter and Due South mostly. :)

E.T.A.: And the D/T is done and can be found here.

You're most welcome. I need to keep reminding myself to finish stuff. ;)

Yes you must finish MORE stuff. Can we suggest some priorities? SG1, MFU, WWW being of course the top ones to work on. No of course there isn't an agenda here, not at all *hides the agenda* What gave you that impression?

Has anyone ever told you how subtle you are? ;)

I tried subtle, it's highly overrated. I prefer blunt at least that way they can't be any misunderstanding ;-)

I'm trying to imagine you being subtle about this kind of stuff and failing miserably - just can't suspend my disbelief that much! :P

Hmmm...nice story. Thanks for finishing it. :)

What I like about it is that its hot and sweaty and erotic. The interesting thing is that eroticism, for me, comes more from the internal, emotional stuff rather than the physical (which is hot and sweaty and quite nice by itself.) The silence as they made love is also erotic. Very intense.

Like reality, dialogue is sometimes over-rated. I really like the whole D/T dynamic and the internal workings of Daniel's mind all round the subject. After all, if you've been non-corporeal then what better way to remind yourself of what it feels like to have a body? ;)

Glad you liked it!
