Season 1 of Numb3rs is airing in the UK from Wednesday October 5th - 9pm on ITV3. :)

Now all we need is a UK airdate for Rome and I'll be more than happy! Can't wait to see what happens in the rest of the episodes...

Maths geek combined with FBI sounds like I'll like it. Bit of action, lots of brains. I trust you completely. Well, not if you're trying to get me to watch Hong Kong karate films, but on lots of other stuff.

I bet I could get you to like Hong Kong movies too, you just haven't seen the right ones. ;)

They apparently run all the maths past a panel of professors (after showing the pilot ep at a mathematics conference!) so it's all kosher. And, in season 1 at least, the recurring female characters aren't annoying at all, which has to be a landmark in US television...

ITV3 seem to be snapping up all sorts of interesting stuff: they had the US version of Touching Evil (which had a distinct lack of Robson Green, which to my mind is always a good thing) and Peacemakers too.
