Grrrr and indeed aaargh!

So, I should have been home by now, if not asleep then ready to regale everyone with tales of my adventures. That was the plan.

Instead I'm currently pecking away at a very oddly laid-out keyboard in a cut-price Paris CDG hotel, courtesy of those efficient peeps at Air France. Not content with sending me off over an hour late from Montreal last night - this morning - whatever - apparently there's been a rush on flights to Birmingham and they absolutely cannot get me on a flight to there via anywhere else on the planet before some ungodly hour tomorrow morning. Bastards.

Anyway, thought I'd just check in so that people know why I haven't surfaced yet. *le sigh*

Bummer. I hope they're coughing up for a very good lunch with some excellent wine.

Meanwhile, can I suggest buying a can of spray paint, visiting the Louvre and graphiting the words 'Dan Brown is a crap writer' in large letters somewhere prominent?

I whiled away a few blissful minutes at Gatwick hiding copies of Da Vinci Code behind the books of good writers. I'm thinking of trademarking the term 'Retail Terrorist'.

And, Grac, Paris! I heart Paris. Love the place. If you're free this afternoon, there are loads of places you can take a look at. I'd reccommend the Musee Rodin - absolutely wonderful.
