Scarily, my local theater had a big sign at their ticket counter saying that refunds would not be issued due to subtitling. When I asked the ticket agent about the sign, she had a large number of people had walked out of the previous showing demanding a refund because of the subtitles. Heaven for fend people are exposed to culture. :-P
