Author's note:

"I warn you now; this fic is not written extremely well and I've had people tell me it's confusing. Having said that, I only have this left to say: I found this in with my older fics. It was written when I first got into slash, and like I said before, it's not very good. I suppose I'm posting it so I can see how much better I've become at writing."

No, you're posting it because you want your ego stroked.

Tee hee! And enormous Amen to that. People's capacity to be deluding arseholes online never ceases to stun me.

Well, this person couldn't possibly judge the quality change (if any) in their fic without inflicting it on sharing it with the rest of us.

What was I thinking? ;)

ROFLOL! That's quite an excuse. "I need to post it online to see how bad it is, because I can't just open it in Word and read it there, or print it out to see how bad it is."

Tell me - are any of the fics this person has written any good, or is "not written extremely well" a relative concept?

So my comment to that is "If you know it's bad then why are you inflicting it on the rest of the population then. Isn't there enough badfic out there without adding anymore? or are you that desperate for feedback?"

*grumble*

To which the correct response is almost certainly. You've improved. A lot. Now take it away before i have to spork my eyes out and rinse the sockets with bleach. And not in a humorous way.

'Ah, you're so amazed by my writing ability that you know anything you read after this will be a let-down so you're preserving the perfection of my prose forever!!1!!!1!' ;)

Wow, now there's a comment that makes me want to read a fic... not.

Isn't it interesting how people think they can slap those kind of comments in and still everyone is going to flock to read their Lucius Malfoy/Weasley twin non-con story?

Don't you think that your audience is already kind of small because of your pairing and *then* you're advertising that the fic isn't very good...

LOL!!!

Well, on the other hand, since the audience is small, they might think that the small group of people who actually WANT to read Lucius Malfoy/Weaseley twin non-con will be desperate enough to read it anyway.
