I have to admit, Hannibal wasn't the kind of show I was immediately drawn to when it first aired, but when I caught up with it? Wow. And season 2 is just as good, though Bryan Fuller just did a Bad Thing in the latest episode... *shakes fists*
As for Grimm, I was wondering where things would go this season now that (nearly) everyone knows everything and they still keep surprising me. White Collar is ending shortly, so it seems like they feel the same way you do - they've got an order for a 10-episode season so they can tie everything up how they want, but I haven't watched any of season 5 yet so I don't know how well-trodden that'll feel.
Sherlock, I really wanted to like. The hiatus was bad enough, but the new episodes? Yeuch. First they botch (imho) the return and then I just couldn't summon up enough enthusiasm to actually make it all the way through. I think I watched all of episode 2, but I'm not even sure of that, while I just didn't bother with episode 3 at all.
