It's just dumb. And they're not helping themselves by having the admin staff copy all the information from when we sign in onto the computer so that they can spy on us record the information.
That on the same day the news breaks that the goalposts have been dramatically moved in respect to a pay increase we were scheduled to get in April. Dumbasses, I wonder if they're writing a book on '10 Top Tips to Screw With Your Staff Morale'?
And then they wonder why we have a high staff turnover...
