I listen to radio 4 in the morning, to the Today show and whatever else is on. This morning could have put me into a coma, though, with all the breaking news on a plane crash that happened 50 years ago. Good grief. In the car I tend to change channel a lot to skip any ads, and then usually end up plugging in my palm (now my ipod) to the radio with one of those little transmitter thingys to get away from the terrible choice of music and inane blather on pretty much all radio stations.
I'm afraid I can't help on this one, other than backing up the MP3 idea. As ipods now play MP3s without faffing with them I'm happy with my new acquisition (nano, 3rd gen).
