I got 62 for my first assignment, which is excellent considering that the first draft was eaten by my laptop and I wasn't overly happy with the new version... :)

Next one due in Jan. 16th!

And you were most welcome, hon! :) I just got to the point on the Monday (with the assignment due in on the Wednesday) of going 'sod this, it'll have to do...', which made me feel much more relaxed about things than I was in hindsight.

As for the beasties, they're fine. I'm planning to get a new computer some time in January and the one I have my eye on has a digital camera with it, so I shall be spamming lj with cute pics of otherwise-evil critters, I'm sure.

As for the game being rained off, the way we're playing at the moment it's a merciful release! ;)

BTW, it's looking like a new digital channel starting here in January will be airing NCIS. :)

Also thought I'd tell you that I finally got to the post office yesterday, so a certain disk is even now winging its way toward you. (I won't even tell you how long I've had it burned, packaged and ready to go. It's too embarrassing.)

Thanks! :) I'm hoping now that, having gone through my 'oh my god, I have no idea what I'm doing!!!!' phase, things may go smoother in future...

I'd just assumed everyone else was as subsumed by the pre-Christmas madness as I've been (let alone the frenzy surrounding the release of some movie or other!) and left it at that.

And at some point I'll answer mail, hopefully get on with writing stuff, and so on and so forth...
