Date: 2007-06-02 08:33 pm (UTC)I just finished "Momentum". Great story, and one that would have made much more sense than the stupid way S5 actually went. It addressed Daniel's dissatisfaction with the SGC is a mature, thoughtful way (I loved the yin and yang of Daniel not wanting Sam, Teal'c and Jack to contact him, yet disappointed when they didn't.)
How awesome that Hammond came and retrieved him from the dessert.
And, of course Jonas Quinn. I must admit this is probably the first story I've read where his true nature played out.
In the end, Jack and Daniel and beer....perfect!
