Every year I get more annoyed with rabid Christmas foofery. And every year my colleagues pressure me harder to participate in it and give tons of money to this and that ridiculous gift exchange/get-together budget/meal/shoeboxes of useless crap like deodorant for the unwashed heathens in somewhere third world.
Not playing at all this year. I did pin on my bulletin boards some ornaments the cow-orkers gave me last year, in hopes some student who liked them would steal them.
