Job seeking aggravations

The list so far, not comprehensive I dare say:

Jobs that ask for a CV and then ask you to enter all the information about employment and education in an online application form, because clearly we have nothing better to do.

Jobs where the specifics are so vague that you apply, only to get an email going 'oh, but we wanted this experience'. Just say in the bloody ad, so I won't waste my time applying for something that doesn't fit!

Echoing silence after sending in your CV/application, never to hear from anyone about it.

Employer websites that make you register but don't keep any of your details from one application to the next, so you have to enter everything all over again even if it's the same day. *headdesk*
