30 Days - days 29 & 30
Jul. 30th, 2011 05:22 pmSo, I made it to the end of the meme! \o/ Okay, I didn't post one a day but I can blame some of that on livejournal...
29 - What is your current project or projects?
Well, currently I'm writing Mag7 fic for
mag7daybook, while still prevaricating over finishing the 1930's UNCLE AU which I started two years ago. Meh.
30 - Do you have a favourite fic you've written? What makes it your favourite? And don't forget to give us a link!
I'm going to cheat and have one per fandom, because that was just about as far as I could whittle it down.
SG-1 - I'd have to say my favourite in this fandom is Journey's End probably as much because it almost drove me crazy as anything else. I had the idea and then wouldn't even talk about it to anyone because I was so worried someone else would write it before I could; it seemed so obvious once I'd thought of it!
Man from UNCLE - by a nose, in this fandom I'd have to say my favourite story is A Relative to Truth because I get to break Illya and then not quite put him back together the way he was. The first of two amnesia stories in this list...
Magnificent 7 - I almost went for Obligations, which has certainly got me the most feedback I've ever had in this fandom, but in the end Façade just shaded it. Ezra/Nathan is just so pleasurable to write, one way and another. :)
Wild Wild West - another tough one, but I have to go for The Night of Recollection, partly because I have always loved amnesia stories and partly because it was a pleasure to write Jim gradually figuring things out.
