Aww crap!

I just discovered that when I turned my oven down last night to the very lowest setting to keep my dinner warm while I cooked veggies, I then subsequently forgot to turn it off completely and so it's been happily sitting there adding to my gas bill for the past almost 24 hours. :(

E.T.A. To the person who just turned up on my doorstep for some unclear reason which involved you telling me (inaccurately) that my 'rates' just went up 20% - rates? which decade are you in? - I don't think it's you who should get offended because I basically tell you to bugger off before you get into your spiel because I'm just about to eat my dinner, having got home about 30 minutes ago, and am more interested in watching a Mountie snog his partner buddy-breathing than I am in listening to you... That is all.
