(no subject)

There was steam coming out of the front of my car when I pulled up outside my house tonight - though when I popped the hood it was too dark to see exactly where the steam was coming from, there was a small amount of water spurting upwards from the radiator. Somehow I doubt this is good. ;)

In other news, after ranting here yesterday about Random House customer service, today I get home to find an email asking for my address so they can send me another copy of the book and if they send me a pre-paid envelope as well will I send them my faulty copy back so they can go and spank the production team with it? *wonders if she will get offered another free copy when her snotty letter gets through the apparently interminably slow complaints section*

In other news, I've been spending so much time writing training material (and handouts and overheads and blah blah blah) that I'm now heartily sick of the subject I'm supposed to be starting training people about on Monday. This is also not good.
