(no subject)

There's someone I have dealings with from another department of the people I work for and she has an annoying habit of 'asking' me to do things in a way that makes it clear she expects these things to be done post haste - the problem is, the things she wants me to do are actually her responsibility, which officially makes her a Cheeky Bitch (TM).
This morning she phoned and left her personal mobile number along with a lengthy message 'asking' me to do something in a way that made it clear she expected to say 'jump' and have me ask 'how high?' and also reminding me of something else I need to do (which I hadn't forgotten, so I didn't need reminding, thanks very much) and she's not even working today!
That something she wanted me to do involved me picking a file up for her from another office and while I do work nearby, I was up to my eyeballs today in the things I needed to do, let alone being her joey. And I'd be damned if I'm going to go out of my way at such short notice. Meanwhile the thing she was reminding me about was seeking advice on a subject she and I disagreed about, because I wouldn't say she was right (which she isn't) - therefore I must check and do it now, damn it!!111!!!!!
I ignored her message completely. That seems to be a tactic that works well with her 'requests'. As does lying to her with a straight face that any messages or emails were ever received in the first place. ;)
