I gave up skirts, heels and handbags (mostly) over a decade ago when I moved from office to classroom.
I'd reluctantly worn skirts at school but had never really liked doing so - fortunately when I started working skirts weren't really practical for what I was doing and I was more than pleased to get out of the habit...
