It's looking like about a £4K pay rise from my current post, parking permit and up to £8K relocation.

Poor souls, they had no idea who they were dealing with. ;)

I hope so too. It'll be the first time I've not been part of a team (I'll be a team of one!) so that's going to be novel, but I have lots of ideas and hopefully they'll be happy with at least some of them...
